I just have to redrill the whole in my crossover arms to go to heim joint correct? TRE is tapered hole isn't it? I think I'm gonna use Heims on my Tie Rod cause I have easy access to them for replacements and can get them cheaper.

See what you can run before you start drilling anything on your arms. Your probably going to want to run a hiem with at least a 3/4" shank with a 3/4" eye.

the bigger the whole in the eye the weaker the heim.PSC suggests 3/4shank with 5/8 eye.
    Static load for 5/8"is 40,572 and 3/4 is 28,081.
Check your arms out first you may not have to drill anything.

I have that on my truck (heims for the TR) i went w/ Aurora 3/4-3/4 and it has held up so far. Just make sure you check them regularly. I have found the heims to be cheaper and if not the same quality, better at PolyPerformance. if you already have the TRE's in, the thread might be different, not sure though. ANd i just drilled out the knuckle, just make sure you go in as straight as possible if you have to do it w/ a hand drill. It would be better to take it to a machineshop and have it perfect.
