I have a pretty small charger. Some farm brand. No timer on it but have had good luck with it so far.

Check out the chargers at Walmart. They have an automatic shut-off 1.5 amp trickle charger that bolts to the fenderwell so you can just plug it in at night without fooling around with hooking up wires to the battery. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif They're on the rack with the batteries in the automotive supplies section.

And WOW! You're in for a major weather adjustment moving from Georgia to Alaska! /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
