...was in Florida for a week. We stopped and got some from a roadside stand and I must say those things want to make me PUKE. I can eat most anything, and am open to all foods, but those were awful.

If you ask me........there are a few things that should never be boiled, such as bacon, :eek:urine:eek:, peanuts, cola, milk and pine trees.

    Can of nuts...

That reminds me... One time I went to the Renaissance festival with my brother and his wife... My brother bought some roasted nuts, and a girl in one of those costumes came up to him and said "Are you enjoying the king's nuts, sir?"

I got mine out of the field. I picked though them, washed them twice, then boiled them, and stuck them in the freezer.

Boiling urine down makes a natural steroid

Stave, don't try boiled peanuts, save the cash. Most southern stuff is really dorky anyway.
