    Hey Mike
I can see if there is a run one of those weekends, a jeep club runs in Crestview just 20 minutes north of Eglin, if not we can meet in Gulf Breeze or Pensacola, about an hour away.
    I'll keep ya posted

    Rob,
That would be cool, now that I actually have some dates to go on. There are 2 members of my club going there with me, and possibly 2 or 3 others that may be interested in a ride if its possible. I have written to a couple of clubs in the area, so will see what developes.
Thanks again and keep me posted.

    Mike

I found some addresses off of sites like ORC and Truckworld. Actually only one of the addresses I found went thru, the rest are not valid emails. Heres a list.
White Sands Jeep club. Email didnt work. Phone: Jay, 850-932-9240 Pensacola
Pan Handle Four Wheelers. Email worked but havent heard back. Phone Andy, 626-8688 Pensacola
Aint Scared Off Road, Email didnt work. Phone Chris, 904-479-4850 Pensacola
Rollin Hard 4x4 Club, Email didnt work, no phone from Lynnhaven
First Coast 4x4, Email didnt work, Phone Brian 904-282-9170 from Jacksonville

Im not sure how far Jacksonville is from Eglin, but I heard like 3 hrs. I am prolly going to phone these guys from there when I arrive and see whats happnin. Unless you can set sumthin up.

    Mike

BTW, they tell me that I may be back there in April for another 2 weeks... :)

Your best bet is probably with White Sands Jeep Club. Here is their website www.extremetrails.com the guy is Casey Sheilds and works and one of the "shops" bolt on dealers, but does offroad. He goes to Crestview some too. He is hosting a 3 day event in late March so mybe he will be pre running some trails.

I all else fails, find a guy on base that wheels, Eglin is a wild life preserve and owns most of NW Fl. Let me know and I can get a pass and hopefully the trails on base are open. Don't know how easey it is to get a pass with the heightened security.
