trottle body control

    this is for an 88 blazer. Is the throttle body completely controled by the tbi.

    Not sure exactly what you're asking...

    TBI is Throttle Body Injection. The actual injectors (the 2 black plastic barrel-looking things suspended above the throttle bores) are controlled by the computer, along with a couple other things in the throttle body.
