Exactly what trucks came with the D60 that we need for our application? Will Dodge and Ford D60's work? I am driving myself crazy because I want one SOOOOO bad! But I will not pay BIG BUCKS for one. thanks.

    77 to 87' (91' Crewcab) 1 ton chevy P/U has em.
    84 to 86 or 87' (forgot) CUCV's has em.
Ford D60 has a Driver side pumpkin.
Dodge perches are off by an inch. Maybe can be fabbed to work, maybe not. I would stick with GM (the two listed above) (and yes, big bucks); if you're lucky, you might be able to find em cheap(er). Good luck.

I have the HD 76-89 Dodge W350 front Dana 60. The light duty Dodges have a weaker 3500lb axle. The spring perches were off by 1/4" on each side. I welded a 1/4" plate to the sides of the spring perches and partially filled the spring pin hole. Then I carefully opened up the spring pin hole a 1/4" over to line up with my K5's springs. But the big difference is the manual hubs are external knobs that are only made by Mile Marker. You can change the spindle, rotor/hub, and manual hub to GM and have the standard Warn hubs. I feel for you, I went through the same thing and ended up paying $1000 for my front and rear Dana 60's.
