Tube bumper Fab...with Pro-tools model HD 105 Bender **PICS**

    I just built my front winch bumper.

    Here is the main bar being bent with the Pro-tools Heavy Duty 105 bender...
    " <font color="orange"> madmike </font> " came by...I needed HELP bending...2" .120 thick tubing...

    I jigged and tac welded all the tubing on the truck...
    took it off and carefully welded it off the truck...
    Here's a pic after I sanded and wire-wheeled the bumper...

    Materials Used:
    1 pc of 3/8"thick cold-roll flat stock 8"x28"
    1 pc of 2" tubing .120 th (Detroit tube "Electric-Weld")
    1 pc of 1 1/2" tubing .120 th
    1 pc of 1/4" Cold-roll flat stock 10"x10"
    2 pcs of 1"x2"x8" Cold-roll flat stock

    Equipment:
    Lincoln 225 MIG
    Lincoln SP 100 MIG
    Pro-tools Model HD105 Bender www.pro-tools.com
    Torches
    Saws-all
    Etc.

    Nice job, What are your thoughts on the quality of the bender you used i am thinking about buying one but there are a couple different ones and i am just not sure which one i want.

    Just curious, witht the 35" tires, what's the height ffrom the ground to the bottom of that new bumper???
