    were is a good place to buy one? i found some at http://www.pro-tools.com/product_lines.htm. for the bender a degree measure thingy and a 2" set of dies it will run about 650. does this sound good.

    I just got a JD2 Model 3 with 1.75" die, ordered through M-Tech and paid 524 dollars.

    Oops, didn't realize M-Tech was selling the JD Model 3. Thought it was another clone...

    Don't ask me how this works, but this is how it went down. I called M-Tech for a price, $10 cheaper than straight from JD2. He orders it from JD2 and it is sent straight to me and I pay JD2, not M-Tech. Maybe he gets a percentage.
