    turbocharger ?????\'s

I recently acquired a Teledyne Continental Motors (made by Garret) turbocharger. I was only able to get the turbocharger, nothing to hook it up with. I can build most of it, but would like to at least find some info on it. Does anybody know where i can find any information on it? I have done a search and wasn't able to find a web site where i could look it up by the part number. There is a tag on it that gives a part number and a serial number and the names Teledyne continental Motors and made by Garret in The good ol U.S.A.!

    thanks

I think your best on the web would be asking around at turbobuick.com. They know turbo's over there pretty well...

Turbo Lag and 4x4 in trail conditions do not go well. For a street vehicle go for it for a trail truck forget it. What happens is you press the throttle wait for it to spool then you get tomuch power hitting the ground and instead of crawling on torq you spinning tires on HP. You want LOW end torq and easy to control and predictable throttle on the trail. You get neither when playing with Turbo.

I don't need no damn shop manual, I got a pornographic memory.
