Using a deep fat fryer is the best. But alas, I am doing tri-tip maranated in garlic sauce... Everything else is thanksgiving stuff though. Turkey makes me sleepy... /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Got a nice 12 ponder and had the butcher smoke it. Now all I have to do is heat it for about 45 min to an hour. With all that time saved there will be more beer consumed.

[/ QUOTE ] Be extremely careful and do it in the driveway or some place safe like outside and when you go to drop the turkey in, do it really slowly or booooooom.....good luck... /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif And have an extingusher handy too....
