I noticed today that the parking light on the drivers side did not come on when the lights were on. The driver side turn signal works, so what could be wrong? Thanks.

Is it just on the drivers side?.. it could be a fuse, you know... check them. It could be a wiring problem too.. my friend's left brake light sometimes doesn't work.. if he puts the lights or the blinker on, it works, but the brake light kicks in once and a while.

It's all fun 'n games, till someone gets stuck.

If my memories serves me right your bulb might be bad. Have someone check if your brake light works on that side? The turn signal and the brake uses the same part of the bulb. The parking light is the other part of the bulb.

The bulb has two functions and two wire's inside them. If you have turn-signal but not park, I would suggest the bulb is half gone..

There is indeed two filiments in the bulb, an 1157. The brighter filiment is for the turn signal and the other for the parking lights.. And remember to look close at the bulb, it is keyed to go in one way but it can be forced in which will blow one of the filiments out if left alone.

It was the bulb. I went ahead and replaced both while I had the grill out.
