On my 95(drove it for the first time in a week today) when I turn to full lock and turn left the driver rear tire locks up every like 1/4 turn or little more. I don't know if it does it when I turn right, didn't look. Its an open rear and I never really noticed it before.

Are you sure it's an open rear? I don't know much about newer rear diffs, but it sounds like maybe there's some sort of antislip mechanism in there that might be sticking........ /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

If you don't use a gear oil that has limited slip additives built into it that kind of thing will happen.

the RPO codes definetally don't list a limited slip. When you get in the grass it just spins one wheel and I have to lock it in 4 wheel.

    No G80 eh?

Sounds kinda like a side gear(?) has a messed up tooth or something?
