Yes i did search, couldnt find the answer, so my question is, i just installed a new tranny,(700r) hooked up my TV cable, adjusted it according to the tranny book i have. Shifts great, the only concern i have is does this cable stretch out over time to break in or is it pre stretched? Im a bicycle mechanic and all the cables on bikes usually have to break in and then can be properly adjusted. Is the tranny the same way? thanks Mike

probably wouldnt hurt to check the adjustment from time to time. dunno if they stretch or not.

There really is no major tension on a TV or kickdown cable so I highly doubt it would ever streach.
