Just purchased white/white Typhoon #0965 last week.

Really got a good deal on this Typhoon and I'm looking forward to doing some major mods but getting the K5 running is my first priority. This is my 3rd Typhoon so I know a little about them and what they can do. I just wonder what a TT 400sbc stuffed in the Ty would trap?:wink1:

I'm getting rid of my modified 11 second STi and replacing it with the new Typhoon. This will make a nice addition next to the K30 and K5. Now my garage will be all GM again.. :D

Anytime man! When you coming back out to CO? Come hang out with Fox, Toby, me and other CO folks! :wink1:

For anyone that doesn't know what these trucks will do, check out this video. A must if you like Zombie!

I love typhoons. I was seriously thinking of getting one of those but ended up w/ my 04 SS. If I had some serious dough I would have a typhoon and a Grand national in the garage.

Congrats on a sweet looking typhoon. What mods are you looking at doing?

What happened to that GTP you used to have? Those cars rock! My ex took ours with her. I miss that car.

Got any pics of the K30? Wanna see some pics of this bad boy.

I know nothing about the typhoon, so, that being said

What is so special about them? I am curious as to what exactly makes them the typhoon i guess.

There is actually a guy over on the ls1tech board I frequent that has a syclone that he is stuffing a 6.0 vortec with forged innards, and a set of twin turbos...and yes he has many many hours in mods and labor...not sure if he is done with it yet, but it will be stupid fast when he is finished I am sure.
    Nice Typhoon and nice price.

I love the SS's! The TrailBlazer SS is another one I'd consider if I could afford it. Definitely a huge turbo and supporting mods if I stay with the V6. Pondering a 750hp supercharged sbc though... 4L80 is a must!

You should of rode in it when it the larger turbo installed and meth! Typhoon has some catching up to do. That STi has me spoiled now! Come back down to CO man!

GTP was sold a long time ago for a 2002 Trans Am WS6 and I blew that engine with a good shot of Nitrous at the track. I quickly learned that dry shots are bad at over 125hp. You won't miss the GTP when it starts having tranny or electrical problems. Just wait, it will happen.:doah: But thats her problem!

I'll try to get some pics of the K30 soon. Its going in for paint soon. I just did a 4" lift on with 35's 2 weeks ago. Besides the paint being faded, its in perfect shape. Picked it up for a grand last year.

Check out the video I posted earlier.

Oh trust me, I already know of SOME kind of problem with those cars. :doah: The ex had the car in the shop a few times due to some uncontrollable shaking at a certain speed. And it "only" had like 55K on it.
And like you said, its her problem! :haha:

I've always preferred the Syclones over the Typhoons. But sweet truck either way. I think that 91-96 corvette style wheels will fit and look bad ass when put on these trucks.
