ok gang, bear with me here, I need some help. I am gonna go ahead and get the u-bolt kit I need for my D60 and I need to know what size bolts to get. My spring packs are 2.75" thick. Thats the thickness of a 4" spring + ORD zero rates. At any rate (no pun intended) anyone out there have a D60... and springs about that thick so they can tell me what size ubolts they are using? I mean, I would think it'd prolly be a set for like 8" springs... but I dunno for sure... and the axles arent installed yet so I can't exactly measure myself...

any assistance would be, as always, appreciated!

Just a suggestion, but wait until you have your axles and springs and have them made locally, and get them exactly the size you need. That's what I did and it worked out very nicely.

You can also call ORD and tell them what you have and Stephen will hook you up. You will need 4" bolts since you have the zero rates. ORD sells the bolts in their D60 U bolt kit but they are not long enough for the zero rate but they should have ones that are long enough to include with your kit.
