U Bolts, where to get them

    Ok the ff14bolts going in hopefully this coming weekend if i can find u bolts. I need to know where to get a set of ubolts for a FF14 bolt that will work with 4inch lift blocks? and if anyone reading this has a set laying around that will work ill buy-em off you.

    you dont really want to use old u bolts, They are made to stretch, and if they are old, they could bust.

    You have to find somone in your area to make you a set,

    Maybe ORD makes u bolts kits, im not sure.

    ORD could send U them, or just check the parts stores.

    Ask the guy at the counter for them, have measurements in mind though.

    If nobody in your area has them, order quick so they will be there in time /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

    please for the love of god and for your safety and the safety of others please don't reuse u-bolts it is very unsafe you can buy them new for around $10 each contact stephen at ord he can set you up with a new set /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    got mine for my 10 bolt at NAPA, about $10 each, or you could check a local spring shop. the one i called said about $40 for a rear set. Napa had them in stock, so i went there, didn't have time to wait at the spring shop for them to make them.

    yeah, 4x4 shop or a spring shop would be the best place to start... knowing what length u need will help...
