What is the u joint part number for a stock front 82 driveshaft to a 75 dana 44 ??? Also, i'm getting extended brake lines--so what year should i get them for ?? in steve fox's write up it says that the brake lines are different from a 10 bolt to a dana 44 ???
    thanks all,

If you use the D44 calipers, use the D44 hoses.

If you use the 10 bolt calipers, use the 10 bolt hoses.

Either will bolt in each others place physically, but the hoses are different.

As for the U joints, I sure hope they're the same. I want to use the front driveshaft from a '79 K10 (D44) on my '82 10 bolt axle.
