    who else has that really cool fire wall mounted work light on a spool with like 15' of cord? /forums/images/icons/grin.gif i need the # for the bulb in it if its not too much trouble. thanks in advance. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

    Is the bulb still there and intact? If so, there should be a number stamped on it somewhere. You might check out a #93 and see if it's the right one.

    have u tried a 1156 (back up light)
    i have the metal type that bolt to the hood and the 1156 fit in it.Light a lot better too!!
    dont know if it fit ur type,but maby!!!!

    The '89 Chevrolet Owners Manual for R,V Series Trucks, list's the underhood light as 19/10.

    I believe the bulb is a lot smaller than an 1156. It might fit but I think the housing is probably too small. If I get a chance tomorrow and can remember, I will look in my dad's 95 and see if it has that light.

    I just checked my service manual for 1991 K5 and it says the correct bulb is a #93 and it is a 15 CP.
