i have about $3,400 saved for the 1 ton axles, regearing them to 5.13's, 38 inch swampers new(for $750) and a softer ride. i'm 80% sure that i'll be lowering it too from 6 to 3 or 4 inches, i'm thinking 4 inch shakle flip, but a smooth ride is a huge plus because right now it's too stiff. so i just have to find the axles localy and have someone install them, but i'm moving in 3 weeks to a bigger house here in santa barbara, so my money is kinda on hold till were moved in... anyway, i can't wait to get it all done, i'm gonna learn a lot from this.... mainly how to trim!

It does't matter. You probably just didn't push the wheel halves together as tight as they were before, as they get drawn together the bead lock gets tighter and tighter.
