What do you guys think about the tire rim combo, I've heard some people say that these rims are no good, but the didnt say why. Anyway, If I were to run these 46" monsters How little of lift could I get away with. I was thinking 10" of spring and 1" zero rates with a hellofalot of trimming /forums/images/graemlins/hack.gif . And, of course the 60 and 14 bolt will be installed before I even think about doing this. thanks

USA 6x6 has been beaten to death. I can't remember right now if Daniel has been banned from this site or not. I know he is pretty much no longer welcomed on the POR site, and I think he pretty much wore out his welcome here, too.

I'm not going into specifics, but I can't make any comments because I've never dealt with him. I can say after what I've read and heard, I probably won't give him my business. /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif /forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif

Never heard anything bad about John. Even the one problem I did hear about he went above and beyond to take care of it. The only reason anybody even knew about that is because the person that had the problem was bragging on how great it was to deal with him and the great customer service he provided in resolving it in a timely manner.

I'm concidering some beadlocks and he's high on the list of the ones I'm concidering.

if you plan on wheeling 46" tires you might wanna think about 2.5 ton axles instead of 1 tons. not saying they won't work..but i've seen plenty of people busting up 1 ton gear with 42's.

I was thinking about big tires on 1 tons today, if I did it I'd like to go with Chromoly axles all the way through and 40 splines.

    Hmmm, now I'm confused. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

You list 46" tires in the title butthen you say you want a set of 325/85r16's which are only 38.7" tires.

Did you mean 395/85r20's those are 46.7" tires.

What size exactly are you looking to run here?

Oh and most of the tires (used, tossed out by the military) Daniel is getting seem to be coming from DRMO off of Ft. Sill according to my brother in law who just stoped in looking for tires last month. Not trying to bash just what I was told.
