use lithium grease with polyurethane bushings??

    please advise tommorow am I will be installing new shackels and bushings and the installation instructions dont specify the type of grease, do you know ?- and if so why? thanks in advance

    everything I own gets the extreme pressure grease red it handles the highest temps and does not washout.

    Most any grease will work. I use marine lube it withstands water and abuse well. It's also high pressure. And you can find it anywhere. They sell kits that come with a pretty trick small "stainless steel" grease gun that won't rust and mine doesn't leak like some other guns I've had. Also it won't turn to a kind of oil if it gets hot like some wheel brg grease. This kind of doesn't matter on bushings but you can leave the gun in the sun and it will still have the same consistancy....
