Vaccum Secondaries.. Help

    I kinda want to get rid of the vac secondaries for mechanical, can i convert my carb? its a holley something, not a qjet... mmm the sound of open headers and a 4bbl

    The vac secondaries opening rate can be changed by changing the spring in the housing.

    I don't think that you can change it to make it a mechanical secondary. You might as well buy a Holley double pumper. Fyi, it will use a lot more gas though. The vacuum secondaries will actually save a little gas, as long as your not in the pedal, but the double pumper will make more horsepower on a slightly modified motor. - Steve
