    Hello,
I was looking at my vacuum canister and there is only one hose going to it. The hose to my fuel tank. Mu pcv hose is unhooked and all other hoses are unhooked. What is up with this?
    Thanks
    Adam

The most important line to the vacuum canister IS the vent line from the tank. It allows the vapors that form in the fuel tank to vent, eliminating the risk of overpressuring the tank.

I only have two lines hooked up to the canister- one to the tank and one to the bottom of the carb. I'm pretty sure the concept behind it is that the vacuum caused by the engine is supposed to suck the trapped vapors into the carb......
