My truck shakes real bad and it seems to be getting worse, mostly it shakes whewn I am going between 10 and 45 after that it seem slike it gets a little better, is it a tranny mount, axle, driveshaft? What could casue this, I recently replaced my motor and my transfer case but it didn't shake this bad.

If you didn't put your drive shaft back in the way it came out, it'll put it off balance also. That shaft is balanced. Always mark it when taking it off to make sure it's bolted up the same.
