Is it the censored Walmart version (like CD's)or does it just suck?

It sucks. Not censored, but GTA 3 was a better game, and made better. This was thrown out to make a few bucks, not to make a good game.

aside from the city size, i liked gta 3 better as well.

san andreas is quite a step up though.
