I will always love the Huskers, but it appears this will be a DOWN year (for a change...) Whose bandwagon should I ride to the championship? Help the one Husker fan here out, WILL YOU? /forums/images/icons/smirk.gif

Man Eric, we need to school ya. You should of seen the hitting going on tonight during the Sooners game. College football is way better than the pro game, though I'll watch the pros also. But then again, what can I expect from a friggin Yankees fan. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

What you need to do is get up early on a Saturday (if you got the day off /forums/images/icons/smile.gif) and check out some real college football, Big 10, Big 12, SEC. These west coast teams are weak. Nothing like seeing/hearing 106,000 people dressed in orange at Neland Stadium in Knoxville. There was 72,000 at the OU game last night, and they were playing South Florida.

I would watch Virginia Tech. They have a great running game and since this Saturday, they have a confident passinf game. I bet they will be in the National Championship Game. I think Miami will beat them. On another note, I would rather watch a college footbal game on tv than go to a game of overpaid has beens. College players have a reason to play and it shows. In the pros, whether you play, on IR, pup, or sidelined, you still get paid.

SEC all the way! Averaging 90,400 in tiger stadium over the past 3yrs since they added the expansion to the stadium making the max capacity 92,600. Its a whole different experience being at a game where there is a larger crowd and more crowd noise than any other sporting event you have ever been to...
