    <font color="green"> FYI, GM never made a short bed crewcab, they were all long beds. Thats not to say there aren't any custom ones... Unless by regular bed you mean not a utility bed.</font>

    Check for a post from a couple days ago in the PNW forum. There was a 1983 Chevy 1 ton crewcab 4x4 for $2500 with very little rust, 454, TH 400, NP 205, D60, 14 FF, single wheel truck in excellent condition. I found it in Richland, WA parked next to the road. The owner drove it from WA state to Alaska for a few years then just drove it back down to WA state so it would probably be ready for a cross country trip to OH (flyin and drive home possibly).

    yep I mean non dually bed, i know gm never made a short bed crewcab, and i have seen some that were made and they look pretty sweet!! thanks, chris

    ive got two...one running one not running...81 crewcab with an inop 454 and an sm465/205 and and 89 with a fuel injected 350 with the same drivetrain...the 89 runs strong and i would like to keep as a tow rig but there is always a price for everything
