For those of you who dont have headers I've got a trick for you. This week i had to restud the exhaust manifold at the bottom, when I took it off and cleaned it up it was impossible to get them back on. The heat had warped them so that the holes didn't line up, so instead of drilling big holes into my manifold I found if you put them into your oven, and heat them up it may take out some of the warp, or at least enough to get them back on. The only problem is talking the wife into cooking my manifold.

They also sell a cheap tool that spreads them out so they line up.. its like $5 at the parts store..

I've got one better . Find a set off a later model 350 in a car and they have a brace between the outlets . No warpage at all . I have used the tool and it works great .
