You can fix that rust real easy with a sawzall or a cutting wheel and an electric drill. Trim the fenders. Less rust, weight, and room for bigger tires in one simple, and cheap mod. Plus trimmed fenders look really cool in my opinion.

The pictures look great. Which MileMarker NP203 kit did your friend install in your old NP203? I went to their page from the link on your page and saw several kits.

    Thanks for your help.

Hmmm, cut the fenders... I'll think about that.

Do you have more info about your custom locking side panels? You can't really see anything in the pic, but I'm interested in what you did.

For the sidepanels, I forgot what wood I used, not a heavy wood, it's like a paneling wood and pretty thin (but strong)

    1. Traced the old panels, cut out the new ones
    2. Cut pieces off where they open up
    3. Used a hinge that runs the whole lenght of the opening
    4. Cut holes and put in locks (on the back of the lock where itgoes through it has metal teeth that grip the wood so they won't turn)
    5. Sprayed on adhesive and put on carpet.

P.S. the carpet will be replaced with black carpet:) then a gray dash and black or gray belts. Then I'm going to get new gray seat covers. (I don't like the backseat cover)
