how much weight can a blazer tow safely?

If it has a skirt, or a motor, run it

Most vehicles have a gross vehicle weight recommendation (GVWR) sticker somewhere, That would tell you. But if it is like my blazer it is probably not on there anymore. Maybe look at a newer model blazer and go by that. What do you need to pull?

I've pulled a 5k travel trailer w/o alot of trouble. If the trailer is longer than 20' or so, it will tend to whip the blazer around some above 55mph. (about). It also depends upon wind drag. (tandem or box).
