I like the 89-91 grills, but would prefer the headlights to be one unit (91?-98 fullsize GM) I do not have a K5 grill yet and would appreciate it if someone could measure up the entire headlight opening (ignore the light divider bar) I would be intrested in seeing how much hack and slash it would take to put these in.

Mine are 12 3/4" wide by 4 1/8" tall. Keep us posted on how this works. You will need the adjusters for the new headlights, I would assume.

In the March 2001 issue of Truckin' Magazine, there is an '85 lowrider with a newer front clip with the single headlight like you're talking about

Except he used a headlight from an '89 Chevy Caprice

It looks pretty good - the lights totally fill the area within the chrome outline.

Have you seen the new "Cateye" headlights - they are pretty sweet - and what I'm probably going to use when I do my front clip update...

The March edition is already off the news stands. Can someone scan the pic of this truck and send it to me or post. Thanks
