everytime i start moving from a stop my trucks lifts up somewhat on one side. Could a locker cause this, or something else like bad springs?

do you have a detroit or anything in your rear axle? Did you check tire pressure?

If you've got some ponies under the hood and take off fast then the right rear will drop and the left front will lift. If you've got it in 4wd it can lift the truck up due to bind up.

If you've got a broken leaf then one side could drop under acceleration.
