Welcome too another installment of “Cookin’ with the Fatman”. Today we’ll be making Chicken soup. This is what I like too do, Have chicken 1/4er a day or 2 before we make this. Make sure you have at least 2 ¼’s left over. Shred all left over chicken 1/4er’s (completely deboned) in a large pot. Dice up 1 med size onion, and 1 green pepper. Toss that in the pot. Fill ¾’s of the way with water and bring to a boil. Next add a bag of your fav style of mixed veggies. Now add chicken flavor bouillon. (I prefer the powder instead of the cubes) Add rice, and season with lemon pepper, garlic salt, basil leaves, and just a little dill weed. Add more water and bouillon as needed. Enjoy.
