Anywho's Yeah, so my boss makes great cheese soup, but it's full of country gravy, which is not my bag man So I made myself some pure soup (carbohydrateless) It's tasty as hell, but not that healthy overall. Simple too! No fancy additives. No poopy poopitives. Anywhat.... START: Being Serious You be needing 16 slices of cheese, any combo works alright. I do 8 American 8 Swiss at work. It helps to soften this in the microwave (I do it on the grill). Make sure it's real cheese too. Probably want to go a bit soft with it too. No parmesan. A quart of heavy cream. Pepper Garlic Take the quart of heavy cream, wank it onto the stove in a pot of some sort. Maybe a saucie'! Extra fancy! When it's kind of boiling or similar (don't burn it!), put the cheese in. Whisk it up something proper 'till smooth and delectible. Toss on some pepper to make it interesting. Steel cut large flake if you can swing it. Maybe some kosher salt. Garlic if you want. I use powder for this. Don't go overboard. Ok you're done, go eat soup. END: Being serious. SECRET BONUS! Double the cheese and add extra garlic for a funky fondue that makes your bread go bananners. Not that I eat bread. I'm really guessing the bread will go nanners. Bread's like that.
