Go easy on the trans. Had one that didn't last 30,000 and Dodge wouldn't back it up.

[/ QUOTE ]Really. I have heard over at TDR that it seems you either get a good one thats lasts a long time or one that doesn't. Reminds me of a th700. /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif Thats basically why I don't mind the mileage, which really isn't much, because it'll be that much sooner an ATS 47RE will be in and the sooner I don't have to worry about it. /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

I originally wanted a short bed but after seeing a couple up close I thought the long bed looked better.

    3/4t with a 60/80 combo?
Is that the norm for Dodge?

Anyways nice rig, now you can bling that out too, and go hardcore with your K5! /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Wish I could find a tow rig I could afford too.

[/ QUOTE ]It is if you order the heavy duty suspension and/or transfer case. Thats the main reason why I went the dodge/cummins route. Extremely touch drivetrain with the cummins that actually sounds like a diesel, unlike the PS and dmax, and dodge is the only manufacturer that offers black leather interior.

Right now I don't give a rats butt about my blazer. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Maybe when I get around to it I might play with it but I will never hack it because it's a rust free truck. I will probably either remove my welds and run some steelies and wheel it a little or sell it.

i thought only the 2500 trucks with manual trans got the dana 80 rear, but sweet anyway. that D80 is a huge pig of an axle, and has 35 spline D70 shafts so its plenty strong.

EDIT: is it a 2001.5? It would have 4 wheel discs if so. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I hate you. Nobody should be able to double my hp and torque with a few simple mods. No, really, it's very nice. The red is sexy.
