Well, I\'m finally riding high in my K5!!!!! Here\'s some pics....

Now, the lift pics are all jumbled and not really good and some of them aren't even labled cause I forgot what I was taking a pic of [IMG]. But there they are:

Very, very niiice. I think it looks great just like that (with the 31s). Did the rough country lift come complete (w/arm and shocks) or did you have to buy anything else? I'm looking at a 6" Rough Country myself.

Re: Well, I\'m finally riding high in my K5!!!!! Here\'s some pics....

Ya....sorry, I had to steal your line [IMG]. LOL!!!!

The lift was very complete. It came with all the u-bolts and new washers and nuts, brake line brackets, shocks, bushings, arm, everything! You have to install the bushing in the shocks. It rides real nice! I was surprised at how well it rides. I messed up a tie rod end so I'll have to replace those. Also, I have real bad bumpsteer, but it's cause I need a drop pitman arm, but I think the 6" lift comes with that. I'm real happy with the lift. I put a superlift ez ride helper spring in the back cause I did blocks in the rear. As you can see, the truck is very level and the ride is nice. I'm very happy!!!!!

Re: Well, I\'m finally riding high in my K5!!!!! Here\'s some pics....

I damaged a tie rod end also.. trying to remove it from the Steering box... $32.00 for a moog replacement.. Not too shabby..
I recommend only using Moog replacement parts... what good quality... and my steering has dramatically improved once I aligned the steering wheel and lock to lock turning...
So now you want to go up Six inches? Damn.. you're just like I am.. I want to go a total of 8 inches with 38's...
And I thought I was happy w/ just 4... [IMG]

NO, NO, NO!!!! 4 " is all I'm doing! [IMG].

Nothing really gave any real greif. The helper springs were the worst part, though not too bad.

I'm using a digital camara from work that was about $800. [IMG]. LOL!!! It's a Sony.

Looks good , I tried to talk her into 35's and she said no go.Are you stickin' with the 31's or going to 33's? Some 33 10.5 BFG AT KO's would look sweet!

D@mn skippy! No 35's yet. I'm definatly going 33's this time around. I'm leaning towards general mt's. I've got to replace some tierod ends first [IMG].

The whole me being dirtier than the other two....well, first, I wear my dirt better than they do [IMG]. Also, I used shop towels to wipe my hands off while they used their clothes. And I'm mad at them for that cause guess who got stuck doing the laundry....[IMG]
