    Here is the Ford Galaxy on 2.5 ton GM axles that was for sale at the Portland Swap meet this last weekend. It sold for $1000. You can also see the chrome winch mount with the winch on the rear that the guy had for sale separately.

    thats crazy.... but it is almost one of those things i would buy just to have even know it is hugely stupid.

    I have seen that thing, thats a Foster Lake pic /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif Thats a good deal for 2.5 ton axles even if you throw the rest away.

    Its not bad but I also don't mind the 4x car thing either, I know I'm sick and need to be taken out back and beaten /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif

    Me and Kevin (reeser) were coming up with a bunch of ideas for it. One was to get it so I could use the axles under my big crew cab. We also were scheming a way to trade off the 460 motor and C6 tranny for a Dana 60 and 14 bolt another guy had. Then there was my other idea of converting it to GM by adding my '76 Buick Electra body and 455/TH400 combo.
