I decided it was time to get into some kind of shape---other than round. I hit the gym for the first time yesterday doing all lower body. It hurt when I got home but nothing bad. This morning I could barely walk. So this morning I did some upper body and well ouch. atleast the pain is evened out now. anybody have good suggestions for sore muscles. it does feel good though to be exercising again. I just can't wait to get through these first couple painful weeks.
