I bought an old beat up Contico truck box out of a Ford Ranger here a while back that I've been running in the back of Wimpy. Works out rather well as it sets between the wheel wells and below the height of the frame rails.

Anyway, one of the little catch things that are in the lid is missing. So I e-mail Contica asking where I can buy one. They e-mail me back asking if it's the hoop thing or the latch.

Upshot is they're sending me a new hoop thing with the hardware for nuthin. I was a bit floored. I expected them to send me to a dealer not a new part.

    Though it was cool.:waytogo:

If this is in the wrong forum I'm sorry but back TTT to promote these fine folks. All they had to do was say go "here" and you can buy what you need but yea verily they just said to hang out and wait for your parts to arrive. Yes they will probably cost them a grand some total of ten bucks even if they were to ship them overnight but it's the thought that counts.

It's always nice when a company goes beyond the call of duty, no matter how small. I had the same experience with Whistler a couple years ago. I called them up and told the guy that their "suction cups quit sucking" and asked where I could get them, as I couldn't find the right size anywhere. He said no prob, and sent me two sets. :waytogo:
