Yup .. just started doing that and working out again a couple weeks ago. Have not had a soda now in over 2 weeks. Stopped eating the greasy slop from the cafeteria at work. Bringing my lunch now, usually a sandwich and a couple pieces of fruit (better for me and LOTS cheaper).

Its kinda slow going but beginning to see some results.

Ever tired Nitro Tech from Muscletech? It mixes up better than any other I have used. Designer Protien a close second. My local GNC has mixer/shaker things with a removable plastic 'screen' that sandwiches between the top and plastic container. That helps a ton-breaks up the clumps nicely.

Which things? The protien drinks? Nitro Tech usually sets me back around 50 or 60 bones for 7 pound tub, I think around 30 bucks for the Designer Protein in the 4 pounder. One of my buddies owns the local GNC, so that helps too.

Appearently I missed something.. What is the mcbutterpants club? Anyway congrats on the loss..
I've lost 8 lbs. in 3 weeks as well. I just basically cut out fast food except for an occasional biscuit in the morning, and I've only had one small can of dr. pepper in the 3 weeks. I usually drink around 2-4 liters of water a day, instead of snacking on pizza rolls or something like that I have been eating grapes, pears, oranges, and apples, and I play softball 2 times a week. Now if only I would start lifting weights /forums/images/icons/wink.gif .
