I didn't know what to expect becasue the Stones are in their late 90's or something, :wink1: but the concert totally rocked, I think Mic has the energy of a 12 year boy. One of the better concerts ever, was wierd to see most of the crowd in their late 50's. Kind of funny watching some of the 50 crowd trying to dress cool, the 55 year old guy with the cut off t-shirt and gold chain and cheasy mustache was funny, I wanted to tell him that look wouldn't look good on a 20 year old, but I resisted. :D
If anyone was wondering if the Stones are to over the hill to perform, wonder no more, they can still rock and put on a great show.

I had friends that went to their first farewell tour in 1980

Could their voices still handle it?

Hell, I'm 19 and I'd LOVE to see the Stones. Dad was trying to get tickets for the show in Raleigh, NC, but the ticket site glitched and by the time he got back to where he was, the show was sold out.

Yeper, 400. bones a ticket, normally I wouldn't pay that much, but we hadn't been to a concert in over 10 years, and it was a b-day and anniversary present, sometimes you just have to treat yourself and enjoy life. :D

Funny you should mention that, I turned 41 today! :eek1: Don't feel or act that old, most people can't believe I'm that old, they think I am in my early 30's for some reason. :D

Not true, they only played 3 songs from the new album, everything else was the old stuff, kick ass time.

I saw them i the early 90's at the pittsburgh civic arena. I was impressed by the enrgy level, but disappointed they didn't play enough songs from the " tumblin' dice " era, which is my favorite..

I think that Mick will just explode on stage some day and that will be that.
