Listen up all of you Western Slope CK5ers and Lurkers how about we have a M&G over here PDQ. I know of 11 guys over here and at least one other guy that is interested in wheelin' with full size guys. I was thinking maybe March 17 or 18 here in Delta at Confluence Park. There is tons of room for a swad of k5s and people. This would be fairly centrally located for everyone but 3 on the tree and ivie?9,"slinky man". I was thinking around 2:00pm. This is just a suggestion if no one is interested that's fine, sound off.

I can tell you guys it is a lot of fun to get together with a bunch of friends to go wheelin'. Lets give it a try if anyone is interested.

If ya need any help setting up, let me know. I can always show up a little earlier to set out chairs and speed traps?????

    Let's see:
    1. Working parking brakes
    2. Mufflers that are not louder than original equipment
    3. Windshields are always good
    4. Tires that are same size as original

Wait a minute, My rig doesn't have most of these things :doah:

Sounds like a great idea Fred. I can be there for sure. Would like to meet
with some of the crew.Always nice to meet new people.

If the weather is even close to being nice. I'll run my tubing doors
to see if you guys like them.

Will also bring the "Super Secret" tubing grills for the 81-87 models.
It would be nice to get some feedback on the proto's before production.

Noon might be a better meet time, buys us a little more daylight.

    Suprise safety inspection?

Brakes, mufflers, windshield AND tires? Thats a pretty long list...:D

Alright Larry, tube doors I'd be proud to demo a set for you :):). I was going to buy Bo's but a new clutch and 4.88 gearing ruined my budget for the near future, maybe the long future also.

The only reason I suggested 2 o'clock was to try to accomodate any church goers. There are 3 fast, no slow food places on the way in to the Park. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Thanks for the Birthday wishes.

Thanks Mike, I know I'm older but I can still set up my own lawn chair.:):)

Maybe you could fix up a sandwich board sign stating CK5 M &G with an ---> to show guys which direction to the park.

Are you bringing the "Burro" or the horse?

The Burro will be my steed.:D :D I don;t even know where the park is, so I'm guessing I'm the wrong guy to put up signs???? However, I am positive that with your wise and seasoned counsel, I could accomplish that task.
