    Well I finally got around to uploading all my cruise pictures. Mostly airplanes and ships, but there are a few port pictures in there too.

    hmm... i spent 5 days on the Boxer... on a couch in a TV room... Fuk that sht!! now that only one unit is doing Wes Pac's for the skids i am guarenteed to not have to go on another boat!! WHOOHOO!!

    Have they given the Nimitz the low wake bow mod yet that the Reagan (CVN-76) came out of the chrisening with?

    Man, I wish the Navy hadn't gotten rid of the battleships. I loved them, but I can see the logic in it. I've got a USS North Carolina (BB-55) cap that's my favorite one out of all the caps I've got.

    What I'd love to hear of though still is this: on every Fourth of July, them loading up a few powder bags into the guns of the USS New Jersey and "blank shot" firing the guns (if it's safe) to give the local Independence Day celebrations some added noise.:D

    I've heard stories that when in port sometimes with the reactor shut down, the reactor technicians on the nuke carriers would sneak off the ship while on duty and return only when the time comes to be relieved. :haha:

    Wow, this brings back some memories! I was on the Nimitz from 93' to 97' in RC division. I am a trusty shellback by the way. Cool pics.
