I have a Holley model 4011 4B 650cfm. It is being a real pain in the cold. I re-adjusted the carb last thursday when it got to full temp and it idled fine, and the choke opened fine. This morning it wants to idle so slow that it wants to die. I would like to know what you guy use that work well in the cold and warm weather. I have been looking at a Edlebrock. I want something that I can bolt on and not have to worry about it. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

I have an Edelbrock Thunder AVS 650 off road carb on my 355, I love it. Great power, ran fine(manual choke). I haven't tested it in the really cold stuff cause my buggy is presently stripped.

This is probley a stupid question but are all your spark plugs tight? my car with the street avanger carb. started doing the same thing that you decribed the pass couple of days. (the weather has been wet, and cold here) So I opend the hood to day while it was running and one of the spark plugs was moving back and forth. I tighted it up and the problem stopped. That my now of have anything to do with it but is seans to have work for me. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
