Found a ad for a 87 Crew cab dually. 454 EFI 182K miles. Turbo 400/NP205/Dana 60/Dana70. 1500 bucks. I'm thinking I need to be getting the guy on the phone.

Yea if you just wanted the parts for your K5 even if you kept the crew cab and made a DD out of it it mite be a good deal.
If had the money I think I would just pull the parts for my 83 you rebuild the 454. I guess it comes down to what you want to do with it.

Ya first thought is snag the dana 60 and 454 for my burban. But then when I think about it, everything is already there. Rebuild it, make a daily driver out of it, or a tow rig. Either way. Just gotta figure out a way to talk the wife into letting my spend 1500 bones on it.
