    well?
i would love to go into detail, but i wont..

i have had a few times, some small, some not, some dealing with work, some not... that i have seen i can not trust my boss. he isnt the type that you can talk to to do anything about anything as he is VERY un secure about himself...

so.. knowing that i cant talk to him about it and i cant find a new job... what do i do?

Fock Grant take a pill dood...Maybe you should make a drink and rethink this whole thing, to be even the slightest bit serious we'd need a tad bit more info...Being vague is putting it mildly... We'll listen but we need to know what the problem is...;)

There's no need for that crap Grant...

If you don't or can't trust your boss and can't quit all you can do is try to not put yourself in a position where trusting your boss would be important. Keep a civil front around him, but view everything he does with suspicion and confirm info he has given you through other more trustworthy sources.

Beyond that it is hard to give any meaningful advice with as little info as you've provided. Garbage in---Garbage out. Don't blame the guys here or the site in general.

this little bit of me being me is due to the drama and idiots on ck5. i see post after post, in the launge and out where people ask serious stuff (one would think asking a question that is work related is serious) and people do stupid things. CK5 idiots have pissed me off over and over for the past few months. i was gone for a while because i didnt have a computer. i let my membership lapse... now, to be honest, i really dont see what i get for my 25 dollars.
like i said, as soon as i sell the rest of the parts for my blazer, then ill never be her again, i have nothing to gain, but loss of life by reading the crap on here and typing crap like this.
    its a waste

I'll tell you what worked for me once in a similar situation....
"Keep you friends close......keep your enemies closer"
Try to befriend him and if your not happy with the situation keep looking for another job.

Dude, your stressed. No one ever said recruiting was easy. It is tough out there. It is only a job.
As far as your boss goes, if it is something illegal, turn him in, especially if it has to do with one of your pooles. That stuff rolls down hill with a VENGANCE. Personal side of it, it is inly a work relationship. Do what I do, nod, be nice and casually under your breath or to your self tell them to go and F@ck off.

seriously "Grant", not to sound redundant but the more info the better advice can be given, i know you are referring to certain posts of countless drivel and pad, but if this is serious, there ARE people here with good advice, that being said, i agree with the keeping close the friends and keeping the enemies even closer, side up with him to see what his game is and roll with it until you can get out or turn him in...

being that i am under contract, another job isnt possible, unless i get "fired"

the friends close and enemies closer thing could work, but not with this guy. he is all about himself. its hard to explain. he will act like your best friend, then when you are not looking, stab ya real fast. i have a ton of dirt on him, but i dont like playing that game. trust me, i will if i have to...

Wow. I'm glad I didn't waste any time trying to help you.

Are you leaving for good this time, or is it just temporary like LAST time you flipped out? :surepal:
