what do you guys think of 92and up blazer

    bought a 92 blazer (no rust). but bg difference from my current 84. what do you guys feel about it. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

    I like them. I wouldn't mind having one as a DD. I'm sure if you start lifting it very much and adding bigger tires you will have problem with the front IFS.

    I like em....the difference in ride, handling and stuff is huge between my K5 and those...i guess its 1973 technology vs. 1988 or 1992 technology

    I used to have a '96 Yukon. I really like those trucks. IFS is real nice and smooth compared to our solid axle rigs.

    They make a great DD but, if you are looking for trail worthiness it is still SFA all the way.

    my wife had a 94 dd. i think they should have changed the name to yukon in 92 when they changed the body.

    what is up w/ ifs & a top that don't come off.

    Love them. I would have them as a DD if I didnt have to drive 40 miles one way to work.

    They are nice trucks. I would use it as a DD without any questions, but I don't think it would see too much offroading without a SFA.

    The only one after 91 I would consider is the the 94 only with the TD6.5L
    I would do a SA conversion and have the best of both worlds.
