I may have to purchase a vendors membership also, but heres the basics of it.

If you or someone you know is planning on buying or selling a home LET ME KNOW!

For every referal that qualify's, I will add 1 year onto your CK5 Membership!
For every referal that closes, You recieve .1% of the sales price as a DIY4X Gift Cirtificate.
That means if its a 300,000 sale, you get $300 in DIY4x Credit.

For a referal to qualify, the party you refer to me must use one of my Associates at the Keller Williams office closest to them.

Problem with it is that everyone I know is moving "FROM" CA, Not too. Other than that sounds like a good plan.

doesn't matter where they are moving to. I get a small referal fee from the agent in the city they are moving to, I thought I'd pass on the deal. I don't know how much I get yet, but I think it'll be about 50% to you and 50% to me.
