Looks like 3 trailers (oops sorry, mobile homes) attached together.

[IMG]Doesn't look like trailers to me. [IMG] Maybe alittle from this angle. But I like it. [IMG] Has a good location. That's a big plus for me.

different. Description sounds nice. Money doesn't seem bad(of course a house like that would probably be about 50% more here so I'm skewed). I think it is mildly ugly, but if it looks good inside who cares, it has heavy tree coverage :D

One thing I like about it is that it is different looking. Yeah, I email the real estate adgent about getting pics of inside the house. The neighborhood it's located in is a very heavily wooded area. It's towrds the top of a bluff on the outskirts of Co. Bluff's, Ia. (Right acrast the river from Omaha, Ne.) there's alot of wildlife like Deer, Turkeys, Racoons, ...ect. I'd prefer Omaha, but this works for me, plus Iowa doesn't have the wheel tax that Nebraska has. Also taxes are cheaper.

I like it. I love lots of trees, but mostly cause I think cutting trees down is fun.

I like it. It looks hidden away and quiet. It actually looks like a lot of camps built on rivers around here. With the trees, you should have little to mow. A little landscaping and you will be done.

Damn those are high property taxes, 2.5 times what I pay yearly and our place is worth $200K. Pretty neat looking place though, and a 1/4 acre lot is fine IMO.

Most common lot around here is 60x120 with quite a few newer areas with lots as small as 40x100.

I don't like it when you only have a 4 foot strip of grass around the house.

That ain't bad for taxs. About 1/2 of what the same house up here in the Black Hills would cost ya.
