I know they still exist but come on they were one of the first boggers and are great for that mud tire in your face sound and look.

So other than being a bit hard for serious rock crawling what about supporting one of the last American tire companies??

    Just a thought.

See you can still buy cool American tires. No need to go

cause I think they look like ****. ride like ****, and don't serve any good purpose off road. There are a hundred better options... So why not be an ass about it some more.

LOL I like your style sled dog..but not sure where your comment derives?? I think Interco bought them for a reason though and I don’t think they are that bad..lol

I’m going to buy a set and I will let you know how they work for me. Anyone else use these tires before? I mean they are not intended for on road use primarily a off-road tire from back in the day. Mostly a mud tire.

If Interco just changes the compound and that is all they change they will be a great tire for all types of use including rock crawling.

Anyone who supplies Interco in your area can get them. All they have to do is order them. I am getting the 38inch radial actually 37.2. I figure they are a great retro looking truck tire that will look great on my 75 blazer.

I just tend to always look for ways to support primarily American companies and remember them as my first 4X4 tire experience .

Anyone with pictures of Ground Hawgs on your lifted blazer??

I have 44" Ground Hawgs and they ride better on the street than my 36" TSLs ever did. I have only went offroad with them once and in 2wd they went through some nasty farm slop like it was dry pavement.

ridden in trucks with them, never liked the ride. seen them in the mud, never saw them do anything as well as a set of Swampers. Never wasted my money to test them(if you care to, thats fine).

And what crawled up my tail?? The guy seemed to be saying anyone who buys anything else is un-american and shouldn't be doing so, sorry I love America but if the better product is there, its there.

Well I have TSL's on the truck now and they seem better for "general purpose" wheeling But my 44" G-Hawgs were better for the mud

No way the Interco is an all American tire as well as the Mickey. Please don’t misunderstand me. I just go out of my way to shop for tires that support Americans as much as possible. That means the product leaves as much American money in America. That’s all.

Oh and yes the product has to work as well.

Super swampers are great but they are very common and I was looking for an old school tire that fit with my 1975 blazer. The Hawgs are great and they tend to wear longer than most so it helps when it comes to my tight budget.

Remember some of us have been bent over a barrel for this new outsourced economy and we are Americans.

Maybe I should sneak across the border to Canada where people care about there own.

lol just kidding just messing with you sled.:haha::D
